AMatrix Inc. is a Quebec-based company. We process personal information under Canada’s PIPEDA, Quebec’s Law 25, and — where applicable — the EU GDPR.

What we collect

When you contact us or request access to a matrix, we collect the information you provide: name, organization, email, and the content of your inquiry. We do not sell personal information, and we do not display third-party advertising.

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit, and — if you become a customer — to deliver and support the matrices you use.

Data residency

AMatrix operates on sovereign infrastructure in Quebec, Canada. Matrix inference runs on AMatrix-controlled infrastructure. Specific data-residency terms for a given matrix are confirmed during onboarding.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, use the contact page and indicate that your inquiry concerns privacy.
